We have all struggled at some point in our lives.
Some more than others.
I didn’t come to coaching because my life has been perfect. I came to coaching because I have a passion for being present with others during their difficulties and their pain. I also have a passion for living an inspired life, despite the hardships that life may deliver.
My personal character values that have developed through the difficulties I have faced in my own life could be summarized as a sense of purpose, spirituality, faith, bravery, compassion, a love of learning, and appreciation of beauty and excellence. These are my values. This is what I believe.
Through my own life experiences this is what I know for sure, and I will use these guiding principles in action throughout my coaching.
Be
Brave
You are stronger than you think.
Once Your Body Becomes Tired,
It Usually Means Your Mind Needs to Rest
Listen to your body and follow your own path. Your body will whisper the answers to you long before your mind has figured it out.
Keep
Moving Forward
and trust that there is a purpose for the events in your life, even when it doesn’t make sense and you can’t see it right now.
You will. Don’t give up.
Connect to
Something Bigger
Because there is something bigger than you who sustains you.
You are not alone and it’s okay to rest.
Beauty Can Be Found Within the Moments
That Feel Most Painful
Death can lead to rebirth. Loss can lead to new beginnings. And chaos? Well, that might be what ultimately leads us to finding our peace.
Have
Faith
There are blessings in the bullshit.
Stop Fighting
This Life
It is too short and nobody truly “wins” a fight. Both parties walk away with bruises! Choose peace. Don’t fight people.
When You Can, Spend Time
With Nature and Animals
There is beauty to be found in the earth and its creatures, and both are healing for the soul.
Extend Yourself
to Others
A small gesture, even a smile can heal both of you.
You Can’t Always Control the Circumstances
in Your Life or the Actions of Others
But, responding with grace, rather than resistance, allows you to be receptive to the gift… the beauty… the seeing of the extraordinary in the ordinary (or not so ordinary!). Live in grace. Let go of the struggle and your right life will flow.
